About Toby’s Classes:
Vinyasa Flow – These classes combine fluid movement of yoga poses, and core strengthening. Challenging the physical body through graceful coordination and breath awareness results in peace of mind. Offered both for beginners and experienced practitioners.
Cardio Flow Vinyasa – A graceful flowing vinyasa style yoga class with bursts of cardio, muscle toning and core strengthening to improve posture and relieve back pain. Open to all levels of students who love a challenge and want a mindful heart pumping experience.
Yoga for Seniors– Gentle yoga poses and breathing exercises done either in or with the support of a chair. The focus is on gaining greater balance, improving posture and overall well being. (currently offered on a private basis)
Prenatal yoga – An uplifting practice to help moms-to-be feel healthy, aligned and comfortable in their newly changing body. A wonderful way to connect with the developing baby and a great preparation for birthing and mother-hood. View a sample pre natal yoga sequence that Toby developed during her own pregnancy.
