9:15am – Dynamic Flow Yoga (1hr)

Monday (through May 23) 

9:15am – Vinyasa Flow Yoga (1hr)



Teacher proceeds will be donated to The Second Step.   Bring your own yoga mat & towel. Cash only. Register in advance. Drop-ins welcome if space permits


About the Instructor:

Toby Kumin, has been teaching yoga in the Boston area for over 15 years. She blends traditional vinyasa flow & core strengthening into an uplifting mindful experience.

Class Descriptions:

Dynamic Flow Yoga: Vinyasa yoga grounded in core awareness with bursts of heat building cardio for strength and stamina.  A focus on graceful transitions and breath awareness with musical inspiration. Experience dynamic rejuvenation and radiance. Open to all levels with an interest in a challenging flow.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga: Flowing poses linked with breath awareness. An emphasis on the basics to create a balance of strength, flexibility & alignment. Great for beginners to all levels of students wanting to move at a gentle pace.

About The Second Step: The Second Step partners with adult and child survivors of domestic violence to enhance supportive community and identify pathways to physical and emotional healing, housing, and financial security.


Parking: Metered parking on Washington St. near West Newton Cinema. Some free parking on Washington near Dunkin Donuts and free parking on Davis St.
