Many people will commonly say they don’t know what to do in order to meditate or they aren’t sure its ‘working’. Meditation is simply the art of not doing anything. Sitting and being fully aware in the present moment. From that stillness arises a sense of clarity of mind and a place from which we can truly express our authentic ‘self’.
