Teaching Experience:

Victoria Garcia Drago discovered Yoga in 2000 in her quest to find a deeper connection between her body and mind. Soon, she became certified to teach this discipline and has been teaching since 2001. Certified through the Yoga Studio of Barbara Benagh (500hrs), Victoria has been sharing her knowledge and passion for Yoga with students of many levels, including professional athletes, for years. Victoria uses her creativity and curiosity to explore innovative and original sequences to open up physical as well as mental blockages. Victoria takes students through a journey of exploration of the body and mind and invites them to explore the connection of the two. Her thorough and step-by-step explanations allow the most timid and inflexible students to mindfully get into poses they didn’t even know they could do. Her classes are an expression of Yoga found in her own dedicated practice. Victoria likes to keep an open mind and practices a blend of different styles. To deepen her practice, Victoria attends advanced classes with Barbara Benagh and enjoys taking workshops with master teachers such as Tias Little, Shiva Rea and Rodney Yee.

In addition, Victoria has a BA in English from the University of Mar del Plata, Argentina and is currently working on a MS in Holistic Nutrition at Clayton College of Natural Heath.
