Boston Yoga can help locate a highly qualified instructor to
help you take your yoga practice to the next level!
Benefits of Private Instruction
- Great
for beginners! Work one-on-one with a teacher to go over
specific poses and proper alignment.
- For
experienced practitioners. Safely learn advanced poses such
as headstand, handstand, backbends, crow.
- Work
with injuries. Learn how to modify poses to begin to heal
your injuries (ie. knees, back, shoulder, wrist).
Private
Instruction Rates
Rates will vary depending on location or a teacher's experience.
Some teachers are able to come to your private location or
if you prefer, many offer lessons at a yoga studio or health
club.

Chair Yoga
Boston Yoga instructors Natalie Smith and Toby Kumin have
developed a class designed for yoga in a chair. This program
has been successful for doing yoga with professionals in their
office and also yoga in Nursing Homes
for poeple in wheel chairs. Try the Boston Yoga chair

Yoga
for Special Occasions
We can help you organize a private group yoga classes for
special occasions such as Birthday
Celebrations, Bridal Showers, Office Parties. The instructors
will work with you to tailor the theme of the yoga class specifically
for your group.
